I get a lot of questions usually on Instagram about what I feed Ryker or if he is a picky eater. So I decided to start a fun new feature here on what my toddler is eating! Thankfully, Ryker is the farthest thing from a picky eater, hallelujah! He will eat pretty much anything we give him, even fish or things with unusual textures like hummus, bananas, etc. If you're a toddler mama sometimes it can be hard to come up with 3 meals a day for a little one! Plus, I try to remain on the healthy end of things but I don't have a ton of time with a hangry little one to prepare food so the easier the better! I try to offer Ryker a variety of foods at each meal in case he doesn't like something so I don't end up making multiple meals. He is usually pretty good about eating whatever he gets & if he refuses food it is likely because he is teething. He is a great eater! He also eats a lot, so portions all depend on your kid and how much they desire to eat at one time. Sometimes Ryker eats everything I give him, and sometimes he picks around stuff and doesn't eat as much. It totally just depends on the day because #toddlers.
